This answer has been badly affected by the credit crunch and at the moment there are no lenders offering 100% mortgages .
A very few lenders are offering 90% mortgages requiring just a 10% deposit
Afraid very often. if you can't come up with a deposit, it's a question of battening down the hatches, looking to family and friends if possible and fill that piggy bank as fast as you can.
How things have changed in such a short time. These Yanks have a lot to answer for!
